A trusted local presence for your property
Owning a second home, family property or real estate asset from a distance can quickly become difficult. Small issues go unnoticed. Maintenance is delayed. Decisions become harder when you are not there to see, compare or coordinate what needs to be done.
Oger Intendance supports remote owners, families, buyers and property-holding structures with local oversight, maintenance coordination, independent site visits and practical decision support.
My role is straightforward: to act as your local eyes, your technical relay and your trusted point of contact on site, so that distance does not become a source of uncertainty, deterioration or poorly managed decisions.
What I help with
- Planned & regular checks on vacant or rarely occupied properties
- Preparing a second home before your arrival
- Identifying visible defects, damage or maintenance needs
- Coordinating local craftsmen and service providers
- Following up on works and maintenance operations
- Carrying out independent pre-visits before a purchase
- Supporting families, co-owners or property-holding structures in managing decisions
Services
1. Property oversight and local inspections
Scheduled property visits, visual checks, exterior review, observation of humidity, wear, damage or visible risks, photographic reporting and clear feedback on points requiring your decision.
2. Maintenance and local coordination
Contact with craftsmen and contractors, appointment coordination, on-site presence when needed, follow-up of interventions, and basic consistency checks between the issue, the quote and the work carried out.
3. Purchase and decision support
Independent pre-visits, practical observations, review of the local context, identification of visible risks, and support when comparing properties, scenarios or next steps.
4. Family property governance
Support for family-owned properties, shared homes and property-holding structures: summaries, decision tracking, prioritisation of issues, action follow-up and clarification of points requiring arbitration.
Who this is for
- Remote property owners
- Second-home owners
- Family properties
- Family-owned real estate structures
- Buyers looking to purchase from a distance
- Families managing inherited or shared property
- Foreign or non-resident owners
An independent, technical and local approach
With a background in architecture and experience in demanding professional environments, I bring a technical, practical and long-term view of property.
I do not replace a notary, lawyer, estate agent, surveyor or project manager when their role is required. My work is to provide local presence, clear coordination and decision support based on observation, structure and practical judgement.
How it works
- Initial discussion: understanding the property, your situation and your priorities.
- Scope definition: inspection, coordination, pre-visit, maintenance follow-up or family governance support.
- Local intervention: site visit, observation, coordination or on-site representation.
- Clear report: photos, summary, alerts and recommended next steps.
- Follow-up if required: coordination, contractor follow-up and decision tracking.
