Technical follow-up

Ongoing follow-up only where it provides a clear benefit. A complex property, changes that need observing or successive decisions may justify periodic updates to its file.

When is it useful?

Several buildings or interconnected systems, technical points to review, a multi-year programme or shared ownership decisions may warrant follow-up. Distance alone is not enough: we identify what needs reviewing, why and how often.

Defined after the initial assessment

The Initial assessment establishes whether follow-up is useful. It may conclude that no annual service is needed. Where justified, the agreement specifies visits, observations, document updates, recipients and included discussions.

What you receive

Dated, comparable observations, an updated property file and revised priorities to support future decisions.

Individually quoted

Fees reflect complexity, the agreed schedule, travel and documentary work. Duration, timing and payment terms are agreed in writing. There is no automatic two-visit package.

Proportionate support

This does not include a permanent presence, routine concierge checks, emergency availability or construction management and supervision. Additional visits and separate assignments require prior agreement. The need for follow-up is reviewed before renewal.
