I help you understand the state of your house, plan its upkeep and prepare works.
In each case, what I do, when, and what it costs is agreed in writing before I start.
01Targeted technical visitOne specific problem to understand.
Damp, roof, crack, storm damage: a visit, a short note and recommendations.
02Pre-works assistancePrepare before committing resources.
Intended use, constraints, a project brief, contractor consultation and comparison of quotes. The assignment ends before construction starts. Individually quoted.
03Initial assessmentKnow the state of your house.
The state of the house element by element, its documents, priorities, indicative budgets and a maintenance calendar. Individually quoted.
04Technical follow-upKeep the file current where there is a clear need.
Technical follow-up is proposed after the Initial assessment only where complexity, changes to observe or successive decisions justify it. Visits, updates and included discussions are agreed in writing. Individually quoted.
Terms and area
- A written agreement before each assignment. A 30% deposit for the initial report and for works support.
- I work throughout South Finistère; further afield on special request.
I do not make regular visits, open or close the house, keep keys or clean. These are the job of local concierge services, and I am happy to work alongside them.
Independent, and paid only by you.
I don’t run holiday lets, sell property or take commission from tradespeople. Tradespeople invoice you directly, and you keep every decision.
