A clearly defined question
We agree the question, available information, access and scope before the visit. My written note distinguishes direct observations, possible explanations and any further checks that require a specialist.
What you receive
A concise note, relevant photographs, prioritised recommendations and any proposed further investigations, followed by an opportunity to discuss the findings in English.
The scope is agreed in writing before the visit. I work throughout South Finistère; further afield on special request.
Choosing the right service
For an overview of the property, choose the Initial assessment. If works are already identified, Pre-works assistance helps prepare contractor consultation. Further services are not compulsory.
Scope and limitations
This is a visual, one-off observation, not a statutory diagnostic report, an exhaustive building survey or a guarantee that there are no defects. Inaccessible areas and checks not performed are recorded. This is not an emergency service.
