About
Maxime OGER
A graduate of the Nantes School of Architecture and École Duperré Paris, my background combines design, project coordination, aviation, international environments and risk management.
I worked for several years in spatial design, architecture and project delivery, before moving into aviation. Across these different roles, the same skills remained central: coordinating multiple parties, prioritising decisions and paying attention to the details that determine the quality of execution.
I have also worked with an international clientele accustomed to high standards of discretion, precision and reliability. That experience reinforced a simple principle: quality can depend on what remains almost invisible — clear communication, continuity, careful follow-up and respect for the client’s time.
I created OGER to put this method at the service of remote owners, families and holders of properties with long-term or family value. My role is to give owners a clear technical view of their house: document its condition, set maintenance priorities and support their decisions on works.
Local roots & regional knowledge
I have lived in South Finistère since 2021, in Pouldreuzic, and work throughout South Finistère; further afield on special request.
The project is built on a simple conviction: a local service only has real value when it is grounded in a genuine knowledge of the territory, its customs and the people who work within it. That proximity brings greater judgement to advice, greater trust to relationships, and greater continuity to the support provided.
